Maintenance requests can be reported by emailing apartments@fuscorealtygroup.com or by calling us at 518-386-0605. This number is available 24-hours as emergencies can happen anytime. This Service Hotline is available for all residents.
The following are considered emergencies; flooding, HVAC problems, completely clogged drains (meaning none of the sinks, or toilet(s) are draining), and trouble entering the building.
Other reasons to call and report an emergency would be if there is a fire, or you smell gas. However, please be sure to contact 911 and evacuate the building in the event of a fire before contacting the hotline.
If you smell gas, please evacuate the building, then contact National Grids emergency gas emergency number; 1-800-892-2345 or 911, followed by contacting the emergency hotline.
For electrical outages, you can contact National Grid directly for information about the outage at 1-800-867-5222 or check on the outage at www.nationalgridus.com.
"The following are generally not considered an emergency and can be reported via email or by calling 518-386-0605: a clogged toilet (only when there is one toilet in the apartment AND the tenant has made every effort to unclog it), noise complaints, wide spread electricity outages, cracks in walls, appliance issues, screens off tract, etc."
